Made in only 15 minutes, are prepared with lean ground turkey, making them a healthy & gluten free option!

6 Baby iceberg lettuce leaves
450 g Lean ground turkey
4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. Finely chopped ginger
1 Tbsp. Lime juice
1/4 Cup Light soy sauce
1/4 Cup Fresh orange juice
2 Tsp. Sesame oil
1/4 Cup Chopped fresh cilantro
1 Bunch Chopped green onions
2 Grated carrots, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
25 g crunchy fried Chow Mein noodles

1. Heat oil in large fry pan over medium heat
2. Add turkey and cook thoroughly for about 10 minutes
3. Add garlic, ginger and cook an additional minute, add a pinch of salt and pepper
4. Stir in juice and sauces and remaining ingredients
5. Fill lettuce leaves and garnish with crunchy noodles
