Off late Brunch has come into fashion. It might sound some alien a word to your grand mom. But it is a combination of breakfast and lunch eaten usually during the late morning but it can extend to as late as 3 pm.  The word is a portmanteau of breakfast and lunch. Now what the fashion prevails is you eat Brunch get busy with work and forget about lunch or on sunday you be lazy, wake up late, eat brunch till 4 pm and discuss world with your friends on the table.

So Brunch has to fill most part of your stomach and always look for whole-grain choices ; they’ll help you feel fuller.  Set yourself up to have a healthy meal. Always get a side of fruit or fruit salad or sticking with whole-grain bread, poached eggs, smoked salmon, tomatoes, avocado and Greek yogurt will be a healthy choice. Among the best spreads that you get across the globe, you got to choose stuffs that will satisfy your hunger till u munch some snack items around evening. Brunch is the most sinful of all meals ; gluttony and greed are implied by its hangover-quenching nature. If you are lucky enough to be in London  and wish to munch some Brunch , you have a lot of options to choose from. Aqua Shard is a must for you.  Just as good is the large floor plan, with generous and ample space between tables,it offers you what not!  Danish pastries, a well-flavoured lobster benedict, a succulent smoked-salmon and a few more delicious delights. Then you have the Botanist Broadgate Circle …this is a real classy eatery and I am sure you will have regular Brunch pangs after you get up in the mornings.

Usually lazy Sundays witness most of the Brunch lovers who prefer to start the day late as there is no office rush laying down on the couch and spending some quality time with the spouse over a cup of coffee (as they say couples must do it at least once a week to feel connected! ) then who would like to spend long hours in the kitchen  after restoring connection! Get -set -go find some easy to cook recipes yet filling to let your stomach smile for a while when your lips are done.( connection! Remember)

Try sandwiches( especially cucumber ones) Cut the cucumber into slices and put in a sieve. Sprinkle lightly with salt (don’t go overboard) and leave for 20 minutes. Taste to check you haven’t over salted  them: you can rinse them at this point if so.
Lay out the bread and cover each slice with cheese spread. Put  the cucumber slices on half the slices, overlapping each round, and sprinkle with ground white pepper. Top with the remaining slices. Now  cut the crusts off, and then cut into neat fingers, triangles or quarters of roughly equal sizes and waste no time to bite into one.
MAKE sure there is no Brunch crunch!
